myBardoli
Last updated: 8 September 2026 · For customers
These terms apply when you order food through myBardoli — our website and our Android app. By placing an order you agree to them. If you run a stall or restaurant with us, the Partner Terms apply to you as well.
myBardoli is a marketplace. We connect you with independent restaurants and food stalls in Bardoli, Gujarat, and arrange delivery. We do not cook the food.
This matters for what follows: the restaurant is responsible for preparing your food, its ingredients, its hygiene and its quality. We are responsible for the app, for taking your order accurately, and for getting it to you.
We serve Bardoli and the surrounding area only. Each order must be within our delivery radius of that particular restaurant, which is why an address can be accepted for one stall and refused for another. If your address is out of range you'll be told before you pay, not after.
Placing an order is a request. The restaurant can decline it — for example if they've run out of an item, are closing, or are too busy. If they decline, you are not charged, and any online payment is refunded.
You can put food from several restaurants in one cart. Each restaurant becomes a separate order with its own delivery, so you'll be charged the delivery fee once per restaurant, and each arrives on its own schedule.
Prices are set by each restaurant and can change at any time. The price you see when you place your order is the price you pay.
Your bill is itemised before you confirm it, and nothing is ever added that you did not see first. Besides the food itself, it may carry:
These amounts can change from time to time. A change never affects an order you have already placed: the figures shown on your bill at the moment you confirm are the figures you pay.
Ordering from more than one restaurant means more than one delivery, so the delivery fee and the platform fee each apply once per restaurant.
There is a minimum order of ₹50 per restaurant.
We sometimes make delivery free above a certain order value. When that is running, the app says so before you order.
You may pay cash on delivery, or online where that option is offered. Online payments are handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details — see our Privacy Policy.
For cash on delivery, please have the correct amount ready where you can. Delivery partners carry limited change.
Your order goes to the restaurant the moment you place it, and they begin preparing it. Fresh food cooked to order cannot be put back, so an order cannot be cancelled by you once it has been placed, and there is no cancel button in the app.
Please check your cart, your address and your phone number before you confirm. If something is genuinely wrong — the wrong address, a mistake you spotted in seconds — contact us straight away at support@mybardoli.in. We will do what we reasonably can, but once food is being cooked we usually cannot stop it.
Choosing cash on delivery is a promise to pay for the food when it arrives. A restaurant has already bought the ingredients and cooked the meal, and a delivery partner has already ridden to you.
If an order you placed is refused at the door, or nobody can be reached to accept it:
This is not about one honest mistake. It is about orders placed with no intention of paying for them, which take real money from a small restaurant and a day's work from a delivery partner.
These terms do not affect any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 or the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020. You are never asked to pay for food that was not delivered, was not what you ordered, or was not fit to eat.
Report it through the app on that order — there's a "Report an issue" option once it's delivered. Tell us what happened (missing item, wrong item, quality) and we'll take it up with the restaurant.
Please report problems promptly, ideally the same day, while the facts are still checkable. Depending on what went wrong, the outcome may be a refund, a partial refund, or a replacement — decided case by case, in good faith.
Delivery times shown in the app are estimates, not guarantees. Traffic, weather, and how busy a kitchen is all affect them.
Please be reachable on the phone number on your order. If a delivery partner cannot reach you or find your address, and waits a reasonable time, the order may be treated as delivered and not refunded. Adding a clear landmark to your address helps a great deal.
You sign in with your phone number and a one-time code. Keep access to that number secure — anyone who receives your codes can use your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.
One person, one account. Accounts created to abuse offers or referrals may be closed.
You may rate and review a restaurant and delivery partner after an order. Please keep reviews honest and about the order itself. We may remove reviews that are abusive, contain personal information, or are clearly not about a real order.
Referral codes and offers are for genuine personal use. They may be changed or withdrawn at any time, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be cancelled where we see misuse — such as self-referral or accounts made only to claim them.
We are responsible for running the service honestly and carefully, for handling your data properly, and for putting right what is ours to put right.
We are not responsible for the food itself — its preparation, ingredients, allergens or hygiene. That is the restaurant's responsibility, and by law it is theirs to answer for. If you have a food allergy or a strict dietary requirement, please contact the restaurant directly before ordering. Menu descriptions and "veg" markings are provided by the restaurant and we cannot independently verify every dish.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer law that cannot be limited.
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top shows when they were last updated, and continuing to use myBardoli after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall to the courts of Gujarat. If something has gone wrong, please contact us first — almost everything is settled faster that way than formally.
